Apple Brownies

A nice caramel apple spice cake.

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 apples, peeled, cored, chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Cream butter and sugar
  • Beat in egg
  • Mix in apples and pecans
  • Combine dry ingredients and add together to butter mixture
  • Pour into buttered 8 x 8 inch baking dish
  • Bake at 350 for approx 40 minutes.
