Dorothy Merman's Caramel Pecan Cups

Cookie
2 Cups flour
3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups butter
Filling
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons cream
I cup halved pecans
  • preheat oven to 350º
  • Mix cookie ingredients and pat into pan cookie pan of tiny cups
  • Bake 10 min at 350 degrees
  • Mix filling ingredients in saucepan - Bring to boil - Boil one minute
  • Pour filling into baked cookie cups.
  • Put 1 half Pecan on top of each
  • Bake 10 min
