Cheddar with Medjool Dates, Kumquats and Blood Oranges

Another delicious after-dinner course. Serves 4.
12 oz. Aged white cheddar cheese, sliced
12 Medjool Dates
16 Kumquats
4 Blood Oranges
Mint sprigs
- Cut ends off oranges, and remove peel with a paring knife
- Slice into 1/4 inch thick slices (these can be stored in a tightly
sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day
- To serve on a platter or serving tray, place sliced cheese down the center of the
platter, surround with the orange slices, place dates and kumquats around
to decorate
- Garnish with mint sprigs
