Cheese Polenta

1 1/2 Cup Polenta
6 cups Chicken Stock
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup combined, grated Asiago, Parmesan and Romano Cheeses
- Boil stock. Add Polenta.ð
- Cook strirring constantly for 5-7 minute.ð
- Reduce heat to lowð - Cook 5 more minutes, stirring constantly.ð
- Add butter
and stir till melted.ð
- Do the same with the cheeses. ð
- Imediately pour into casserole and let sit until firm.
- Bake covered at 350 till bubbly. About
20 min. ðBe sure to cover dish with lid or foil while baking.ð You may bake this the next day.
