Cheesy Bites

Very simple and always a big hit at parties.

1 sourdough baguette loaf

1 cup sour cream
1/4 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise (to suit your own taste)
1 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Fresh black pepper and salt to taste
Paprika

Slice baguette into thin pieces about 1/4 inch thick
Combine sour cream, mayo, green onions, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper
Spread thickly onto sliced baguette
Sprinkle tops with paprika and broil until bubbly
Allow to cool slightly and serve

If you have the time, you can lightly toast the baguette slices before spreading the cheese mixture
