1 can water
1/2 Cup uncooked Jasmin or Basmati (Tex-mati works) Rice

4 skineless, boneless ChickenBreast halves (OR Thighs)
1/4 cup butter
  • In 2 quart shallow baking dish mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper•• (DO NOT SALT)
  • Place Chicken on Rice mixture.
  • Brush lightly with olive oil.
  • Dot with butter and sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper.
  • Bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

This is delicious baked slow because the rice gets nicely browned and flavor is wonderful•

You can bake 375 degrees for 45 min. for different flavors.

Serve with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
