This versions serves a crowd. It can be cut in half for a more managable amount.

2 lbs chopped Beef
2 lbs chopped Pork
1 sm pkg spaghetti noodles, cooked according to package directions
1 cup rice cooked according to package directions
1 sm cabbage chopped
4 sm onions
1 bunch celery chopped
1 large can tomatošs
1 large can bean sprouts
Salt & Pepper
  • Fry Beef and Pork together until cooked.
  • Saute onions and celery together until tender.
  • Put everything in large baking dish and mix.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

    Rice may be omitted.
