These are easy and the best chocolate brownies I've ever eaten.

3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a large bowl, combine sugar, butter and cocoa until well blended
  • Add eggs and vanilla and blend until creamy
  • Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix well
  • Stir in nuts
  • Pour into greased 8 inch square baking pan
  • Bake at 350 20 - 25 minutes
  • Cool completely and cut into 2 inch squares
  • Makes 16 - 2 inch brownies
