Creamy Bites

1 cup sour cream
1/4 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1/2 cup chopped green onions, chives or garlic chives
Salt & Pepper
Paprika or Old Bay Seasoning
1 sourdough baguette
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, shredded cheese, green onions or chives, salt & pepper
  • Slice baguette into about 1/4 to 1/3 inch slices
  • Toast slices lightly under the broiler on both sides
  • Place about 2 teaspoons of sour cream mixture on top of each slice, sprinkle with paprika or Old Bay Seasoning and return to the broiler until bubbly and hot
  • Serve immediately
