Glazed Carrots

2 bunches baby carrots
6 Tbl. butter
6 Tbl. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon or ginger
  • Wash carrots. Scrape if desired. Leave whole.
  • Boil carrots in a small amount of salted water about 12 - 15 minutes or until tender.
  • Drain
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a large skillet. Cook, stirring until well blended.
  • Add carrots, cook over low heat, shaking the pan to glaze carrots.
