Grilled Sirloin Steak

Contributed by: Melinda

1 top sirloin steak about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 lbs
Worcestershire Sauce
Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and a pinch or two of allspice
Olive Oil or Butter
  • Prepare hot coals
  • Sprinkle worcestershire all over both sides of steak
  • Dust with spices on both sides
  • Place directly over hot coals on grill and cook about 4-5 minutes uncovered
  • Turn steak and cook about 4-5 minutes on reverse uncovered
  • Test steak for doneness - if not done, move to one side of the grill and cover, checking every two minutes until cooked to your liking
  • Remove to a platter, drizzle with olive oil or place 1 or 2 pats of butter on top and let stand for 5-10 minutes
  • Cut into pieces and serve
