Herb Salad

This is deliciously refreshing and quite simple.
2 cups Baby romain leaves, torn
1 cup baby Arugula leaves, torn
6-10 leaves fresh basil, torn
4-5 leaves fresh mint, minced
3-4 sprigs fresh parsley, minced
1 tbl minced fennel fronds
Fresh Lemon Salad Dressing to taste
- Combine all greens into a serving bowl
- Dress with lemon dressing
- Garnish with edible flowers or herb flowers if desired
