Kohlrabi Sweet Potato Fry

  • Heat about 3-4 tablespoons fat in a 9-10 inch cast iron skillet or non-stick skillet over medium heat
  • Add kohlrabi first as it takes a few minutes longer to cook - about 3-5 minutes
  • Add sweet potatoes, salt & pepper and increase heat to medium-high
  • Cook, stirring occasionally until potatoes and kohlrabi are browning and crisp on all sides
  • Add scallion and cook until fragrant

    Serve hot
