Mushroom Beef

This is very good as is, but just for a change - If desired you may add 1/2 chopped onion and /
or
a few sliced mushrooms.
1 lb hamburger
2 cans of mushroom soup
1 T Kitchen Bouquet (A browning and Seasoning Sauce)
Pepper to taste
- DO NOT ADD SALT soup has enough salt
- Brown hamburger,
- If onions or both onions and mushrooms are used,
sauté them together and remove from pan then brown hamburger.
- Add 2cans mushroom soup and the kitchen bouquet.
- Add onions and mushrooms back in and stir.
- Add pepper to taste. Ready to serve.
Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles cooked al denté.
