Mushrooms Au Gratin

1 lb mushrooms
1/3 Cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon flour
1/2 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
2 Tablespoons Butter
Salt & Pepper
1/2 cup parseley ð(optional)
- Slice mushrooms.ð
- Heat Butter.ð
- Sauté mushrooms stirring until slightly ðbrowned.
- Cookð about 2 minutes (until they exude juices)
- Blend sour cream with salt pepper and flouruntil smooth.ð
- Stir in mushrooms and heat stirring until blended and begin to boil.
- Remove from heat
and pour into shallow pan. ð
- Sprinkle Swiss Chees evenly over the mushrooms (add parsley if desired)
- Place uncovered in 425 degree oven and heat through about 15 min. or refrigerate and serve cold.
