For bread maker. Use a baking stone preheated in the oven at 450 to 500 degrees. Top pizza as desired - maybe try the Turkish Pizza. Place pizza on preheated stone with a pizza peel.

1 cup water or flat beer
1 tbl Olive Oil
1-2 tbl Sugar
1/tsp salt
2 1/2 cups bread flour or all-purpose flout
1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • Place all ingredients in breadmaker in recommended order and select dough setting.
  • When dough is finished, remove from pan, spread into two 12 inch rouncs pressing toward the edge to create a small lip
  • Brush with olive oil, cover with a tea towel and let stand for about 15 minutes
  • Top as desired and bake at 450-500 degrees for 10 minutes or in a pizza pan at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until crust is golden brown
