Home Made Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

This recipe is for a bread machine.
1 cup water or flat beer
1 Tbl olive oil
1 tsp dried onion granules or flakes (optional)
1 Tbl flax seeds (optional)
2 Tbl sugar
1 tsp kosher or sea salt
1 1/2 cup unbleached flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp active dry yeast
- Add ingredients according to directions for your bread maker. (I recommend adding the onion granules/flakes and flax seed to the liquid before adding the dry ingredients.)
- Set DOUGH setting
- When finished, remove from pan and divide into two equal portions.
- Roll to a thin, 12 inch rough circle.
- Prepare with sauce and toppings and bake approximately 10-20 minutes,
until crust is light brown.
