Butter
8 - 10 italian prune plums, cut in half and pitted
3 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 tbl Besan
1/3 cup agave syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
  • preheat oven to 375
  • Butter a 9 inch pie pan
  • Place plum halves, cut side up in a single layer in the pie pan
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, besan, agave, vanilla, cinnamon and salt
  • Pour over all the plums
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, until lightly set but still a bit jiggly in the center
  • Cool slightly, but serve warm
