Rhubarb Cobbler

6 cups sliced rhubarb
1 - 1 1/4 cups sugar
4 tsp cornstarch
2 cups bisquick
4 tbl sugar
6 tbl butter
6 tbl water
  • Cook rhubarb, 1 - 1 1/4 cups sugar and cornstarch on top of stove until thickened and bubbly. Keep hot.
  • Combine bisquick and 4 tbl sugar in a bowl
  • Heat butter and water on low heat until butter melts
  • Add butter mixture to bisquick and mix well
  • Place rhubarb in a baking dish and top with bisquick mixture
  • Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes. Topping will become golden brown and will no longer be sticky.
