Rhubarb Cobbler

6 cups sliced rhubarb
1 - 1 1/4 cups sugar
4 tsp cornstarch
2 cups bisquick
4 tbl sugar
6 tbl butter
6 tbl water
- Cook rhubarb, 1 - 1 1/4 cups sugar and cornstarch on top of stove until thickened and bubbly. Keep hot.
- Combine bisquick and 4 tbl sugar in a bowl
- Heat butter and water on low heat until butter melts
- Add butter mixture to bisquick and mix well
- Place rhubarb in a baking dish and top with bisquick mixture
- Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes. Topping will become golden brown and will no longer be sticky.
