Rice Pudding

No bake rice pudding uses jasmine rice and milk.
1/2 cup rice
1 quart milk
1/2 cup sugar (white or brown)
1/2 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
or 2 eggs (optional)
- Wash rice and add milk, sugar, spice and salt.
- Pour into greased baking dish.
- Bake at 275 for 3 hours, stirring frequently during first hour
- Add 1/2 cup raisins or 2 eggs during last 1/2 hour.
- Serves 6.
