How to Roast Sweet or Chili Peppers
When you roast peppers, the flesh becomes tender and the flavor becomes
much more intense as well as a bit sweeter.

- Wash and dry whole peppers leaving stem on

- Turn on fan
- Turn flame to medium and place whole pepper directly on top of
burner
Outdoor Grill Instructions
- Heat coals to medium
- Place whole pepper on grill
For either...
- Allow the skin to blacken and then turn to another side
- Continue process until the outer skin is completely
blackened
- Remove to a plastic bag or to a bowl covered with plastic
wrap
- When pepper has cooled enough to handle, rub off all
blackened skin
- Cut stem end off and remove seeds and membrane
- The peppers are now ready to use in your recipe
