3 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 tsp salt
3 Tbl melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups rolled oats
- Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs. Beat well with each addition.
- Add salt, melted butter, vanilla and mix.
- Add rolled oats.
- Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
- Remove from baking sheet while still warm.
This is one of the two best recipes for Oatmeal Cookies I've found.
You can add chocolate chips to this as well.
