3 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 tsp salt
3 Tbl melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups rolled oats
  • Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs. Beat well with each addition.
  • Add salt, melted butter, vanilla and mix.
  • Add rolled oats.
  • Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from baking sheet while still warm.

    This is one of the two best recipes for Oatmeal Cookies I've found. You can add chocolate chips to this as well.
