Leg of Lamb

This is a nice way to have leg of lamb in warm weather without heating up the house.
6 lb leg of lamb
Seasonings to taste
Fruit wood for smoking
Prepare you grill to medium heat - smoker to about 300 degrees
Bring lamb to room temperature
Place
smoking wood
onto coals and place lamb on grill
Cook for about 3 hours or until done to your liking
