Contributed by: Melinda

What a way to spark interest in meatloaf. You can use your traditional meatloaf recipe or a new one.

1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground beef
2/3 cup oatmeal
2 eggs
Worcestershire
1 medium onion, finely diced
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 cup Muir Glen Organic canned tomato sauce
  • Prepare smoker or grill and bring to about 200-230 degrees
  • Mix ingredients for meatloaf
  • Place meatloaf into a disposable foil pan
  • Pour additional tomato sauce over meat if desired
  • Place on smoker and cook for about 2 - 2 1/2 hours or until done
