Brittany's Stuffed Eggs

6 eggs (at room tem. - to reduce breaking)
1/4 cup real Mayonnaise
1 Tbl. Sweet Pickle Relish
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of Pepper
Paprika
  • Place eggs in warm water, bring to a boil; simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Remove and cool eggs.
  • Peel & cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks.
  • Mash yolks with a fork into small crumbs.
  • Add mayo, relish, mustard, salt & pepper. Combine well.
  • With a teaspoon, mound yolk mixtures into whites.
  • Sprinkle with Paprika
