How to Cook Stuffed Vegetables

Note: If vegetables don't fit tightly into pan, make rings or bases with aluminum foil in order to keep vegetables upright.

To cook stuffed vegetables:
  • Fill vegetables and place snuggly into a baking dish with at least 2 inch sides - the vegetables should fit tightly
  • Add broth to about 1 inch up side of vegetables
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350º until tender

Cooking time depends partly on the filling.
