Sweet & Sour Dressing

Frank and I used to order this dressing with our Pueblo Del Sol tostadas. Here's our version.
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/8 cup (scant) sugar
Ground black pepper
- Combine all ingredients well with a whisk and serve lightly chilled over tostadas, seafood salad or to replace Thousand Island dressing.
