Sweet & Sour Dressing

Frank and I used to order this dressing with our Pueblo Del Sol tostadas. Here's our version.

What you need

1. 1 cup Mayonnaise
2. 1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
3. 1/8 cup (scant) sugar
4. Ground black pepper

How to make it

1. Combine all ingredients well with a whisk and serve lightly chilled over tostadas, seafood salad or to replace Thousand Island dressing.
