Whole Grain Pizza Dough

Recipe for bread maker. Use a baking stone preheated in the oven at 450
to 500 degrees. Top pizza lightly. Place pizza on preheated stone with a pizza peel. This is excellent to use for the Ultimate Pesto Pizza.
1 cup water
1 tbl Olive Oil
1 tbl Agave syrup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried onion powder
1 1/4 cup white flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup besan (chickpea flour)
1/4 cup ground flax meal
1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
- Place all ingredients in breadmaker in recommended order and select dough setting.
- When dough is finished, remove from pan
- Divide dough into 2 or 4 pieces; roll or press into rounds
- Brush with olive oil, cover with a tea towel and let stand for about 15 minutes
- Top as desired and bake at 450-500 degrees for 10 minutes or in a
pizza pan at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes, turning once or twice, until crust is golden brown and toppings are hot
