Grilled Lamb

Contributed by: Melinda

This works just as well under the broiler. Lamb sirloin isn't even like a beef steak is, so some parts will be more done than others. I use the same timing I do for beef top sirloin steaks.

1 3/4 - 2 1/2 lb lamb sirloin, if rolled, unwrap and lay flat
Worcestershire Sauce
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Allspice
Salt & Pepper
  • Sprinkle worcestershire sauce over surface of lamb and rub gently
  • Sprinkle onion and garlic powder, a pinch of allspice, salt & pepper
  • Turn meat over and repeat
  • Place on hot grill until cooked to your liking
