Grilled Lamb
This works just as well under the broiler. Lamb sirloin isn't a single thickness like a beef steak is, so some parts will be more done than others. I use the same
timing I do for beef top sirloin steaks.
What you need
- 1 3/4 - 2 1/2 lb lamb sirloin, (if rolled, unwrap and lay flat) or boneless leg
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Allspice
- Salt & Pepper
How to make it
- Sprinkle worcestershire sauce over surface of lamb and rub gently
- Sprinkle onion and garlic powder, a pinch of allspice, salt & pepper
- Turn meat over and repeat
- Place on hot grill until cooked to your liking
