Grilled Lamb

This works just as well under the broiler. Lamb sirloin isn't a single thickness like a beef steak is, so some parts will be more done than others. I use the same timing I do for beef top sirloin steaks.

What you need

  1. 1 3/4 - 2 1/2 lb lamb sirloin, (if rolled, unwrap and lay flat) or boneless leg
  2. Worcestershire Sauce
  3. Onion Powder
  4. Garlic Powder
  5. Allspice
  6. Salt & Pepper

How to make it

  1. Sprinkle worcestershire sauce over surface of lamb and rub gently
  2. Sprinkle onion and garlic powder, a pinch of allspice, salt & pepper
  3. Turn meat over and repeat
  4. Place on hot grill until cooked to your liking
