Pork spare ribs
1/3 cups cider or wine vinegar
2 cans (#1) pineapple chunks in syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
Corn starch to thicken
Preheat oven to 350
Bake ribs 1 1/4 hrs. Drain fat.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
Bake 45 - 50 minutes more.
Serve with rice.
