Hawaiian Spareribs

What you need

  1. Pork spare ribs
  2. 1/3 cups cider or wine vinegar
  3. 2 cans (#1) pineapple chunks in syrup
  4. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  5. 1 tsp. dry mustard
  6. Corn starch to thicken

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 350»
  2. Bake ribs 1 1/4 hrs. Drain fat.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
  4. Bake 45 - 50 minutes more.
  5. Serve with rice.
