3 lbs Lean Spare Ribs
Salt and Pepper
1/2 Cup finely diced onions
1/2 Cup diced green pepper
2 Cans tomato sauce
1 T worchestershire sauce
1/3 Cup cider or wine vinegar
1 lb Can Pineapple
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Bake Ribs with Salt and pepper for 1 hour and 15 minutes in 350 degree oven.
Carefully drain off all but 2 Tablespoons fat.
Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour over pre-cooked ribs.
