Hawaiian Spareribs

What you need

  1. 3 lbs Lean Spare Ribs
  2. Salt and Pepper
  3. 1/2 Cup finely diced onions
  4. 1/2 Cup diced green pepper
  5. 2 Cans tomato sauce
  6. 1 T worchestershire sauce
  7. 1/3 Cup cider or wine vinegar
  8. 1 lb Can Pineapple
  9. 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  10. 1 teaspoon dry mustard

How to make it

  1. Bake Ribs with Salt and pepper for 1 hour and 15 minutes in 350 degree oven.
  2. Carefully drain off all but 2 Tablespoons fat.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour over pre-cooked ribs.
  4. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes longer.
