Hawaiian Spareribs

What you need
- 3 lbs Lean Spare Ribs
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 Cup finely diced onions
- 1/2 Cup diced green pepper
- 2 Cans tomato sauce
- 1 T worchestershire sauce
- 1/3 Cup cider or wine vinegar
- 1 lb Can Pineapple
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
How to make it
- Bake Ribs with Salt and pepper for 1 hour and 15 minutes in 350 degree oven.
- Carefully drain off all but 2 Tablespoons fat.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour over pre-cooked ribs.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes longer.
