Favorite Barbeque Sauce

This is one of our favorite bbq sauces. Frank loves it on broccoli, so sometimes I fix it without the barbeque. A word of caution; this is spicy!

What you need

  1. Equal parts Worcestershire sauce and cider vinegar
  2. For every two cups liquid, add:
  3. 1 1/2 tbl agave syrup
  4. Lots (I use quite a lot) of freshly ground black pepper
  5. 2 or more garlic cloves, minced
  6. ground allspice to taste (I use about 3/4-1 tsp for 2 cups liquid)

How to make it

  1. Combine in a saucepan and bring to a simmer
  2. Simmer for about 20 minutes or until slightly reduced

This is a very thin sauce and is ideal for dipping
