Brandied Fruit

What you need

  1. Fresh Fruit
  2. Sugar
  3. Brandy

How to make it

  1. Clean and prepare fruit
  2. Place in a clean glass jar
  3. Pour in about 1/2 cup sugar per pound of fruit
  4. Pour Brandy to fill
  5. Weight fruit down with a small plate
  6. Cover and let stand for about 4 weeks
  7. Serve fruit over ice cream, and fruit flavored brandy as an aperitif
