Dorothy Merman's Caramel Pecan Cups

What you need

  1. »«Cookie»«
  2. 2 Cups flour
  3. 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  4. 1 1/2 cups butter
  5. »«Filling»«
  6. 1/3 cup flour
  7. 1/3 cup brown sugar
  8. 3 tablespoons butter
  9. 3 tablespoons cream
  10. I cup halved pecans

How to make it

  1. preheat oven to 350º
  2. Mix cookie ingredients and pat into pan cookie pan of tiny cups
  3. Bake 10 min at 350 degrees
  4. Mix filling ingredients in saucepan - Bring to boil - Boil one minute
  5. Pour filling into baked cookie cups.
  6. Put 1 half Pecan on top of each
  7. Bake 10 min
