Polenta with Cheese

What you need
- 1 1/2 Cup Polenta
- 6 cups Chicken Stock
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup combined, grated Asiago, Parmesan and Romano Cheeses
How to make it
- Boil stock. Add Polenta.
- Cook stirring constantly for 5-7 minute.
- Reduce heat to low- Cook 5 more minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add butter
and stir till melted.
- Do the same with the cheeses.
- Immediately pour into casserole and let sit until firm.
- Bake covered at 350 till bubbly. About
20 min. Be sure to cover dish with lid or foil while baking. It can be baked the next day.
