Coconut Hydration

The older we get, the more we seem to need to hydrate. Since I don't like to buy anything processed if I can help it, instead of popular hydration beverages, we have been drinking these and feel great!
What you need
- 1 large ripe banana, peeled and broken into pieces
- 1 can light coconut milk
- Juice of 1 orange (valencia orange juice has an elegant flavor)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (1.5 - 2 T)
- handful of strawberries or other berries (optional)
- 1 tsp sea salt (as unprocessed as you can get)
- 1 cup purified water (purified if available)
- 1/4 tsp pure stevia powder
How to make it
- Pour lemon and orange juice into a large blender
- Add banana and berries
- Pour in coconut milk including any solids
- Add water and blend until smooth
- Taste and add 1/2 the stevia powder
- Blend again and taste again - add remaining stevia powder, pour into a pitcher and chill
Stir before serving over ice
