Coffee Cordial

This is delicious and very easy to make.

What you need

1. 2 cups water
2. 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3. 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
4. 1/3 cup instant espresso powder
5. 750 ml Vodka
6. 2 tsp vanilla extract

How to make it

1. Heat water, sugar and brown sugar in a saucepan simmering gently for 10 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and stir in espresso powder.
3. Cool completely
4. Stir in vodka and vanilla
5. Pour into a 2 quart jar or container with lid
6. Let stand at room temperature for 2 weeks
