Corn Bread

What you need
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/3 cup melted butter
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 400º
- Butter an 8-1/2x11 inch baking pan.
- Sift the flour, cornmeal, salt, sugar, and baking powder into a large bowl and mix thoroughly
- Add the eggs and milk.
- Add cream and melted butter.
- Pour into a buttered pan and bake for
20 minutes or until done. Serve warm.
