Dry Rub No. 2

This combination of seasonings is one I use for lamb and pork, but it works well on beef too.

What you need

  1. 1 tsp kosher salt
  2. 1 tsp garlic granules
  3. 1 1/2 tsp onion granules
  4. freshly ground black pepper
  5. 1/2 tsp ground allspice

How to make it

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl
  2. Sprinkle lightly over all surfaces and let stand briefly before cooking
