Dry Rub No. 2
This combination of seasonings is one I use for lamb and pork, but it works well on beef too.
What you need
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 1/2 tsp onion granules
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl
- Sprinkle lightly over all surfaces and let stand briefly before cooking
