Fruit Salad

What you need

Fruit Combo One
Sliced Fresh Peaches, Nectarines, Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Plums, Mango, Apricots

Fruit Combo Two
Cantaloupe, Honey Dew, Grapes, Figs, Pears

Fruit Combo Three
Grapefruit, Orange, Blood Orange, Pineapple, Mango, Kiwi, Raspberries

Sauces
1 tsp sugar per 1 - 1 1/2 cup of fruit
1/4 - 1/2 cup or to taste juice of Mango or Pineapple or Citrus
Pinch salt

How to make it

  1. Cut fruit into similar bite-sized pieces or slices
  2. Combine in a mixing bowl
  3. Mix sauce ingredients and drizzle over top of fruit
  4. Chill for several hours
  5. Remove from refrigerator about 20 minutes before serving
