Green Chili Rice

What you need

  1. 1 cup rice
  2. 3/4 lb grated jack cheese
  3. 1 small can diced green chiles
  4. 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  5. 1 jar dried beef
  6. 2 cups stock - beef, chicken or vegetable

How to make it

  1. Cook rice in broth. Do not drain.
  2. Combine in a baking dish, cooked rice, sour cream, chiles, beef torn in pieces, and 1/2 lb grated cheese.
  3. Top with remaining cheese.
  4. Cover and bake at 325 - 350 for 35 minutes.
  5. Broil for 5 minutes to brown cheese.
