Grilled Baby Bok Choy

This can be done on an inside grill or outside grill.

What you need

  1. 4 Baby Bok Choy, rinsed and sliced in half lenghtwise
  2. 3 Tbl Olive oil
  3. 3 Tbl Soy Sauce
  4. Thinly sliced fresh ginger

How to make it

  1. Combine oil, soy sauce and ginger in a shallow dish large enough to hold bok choy in a single layer
  2. Place bok choy cut side down and gather up some of the marinade making sure to coat the leaves - turn and stir around to thoroughly coat the outer side as well
  3. Turn again and leave cut-side down for about 30 minutes to 1 hour
  4. Heat a grill to medium high heat
  5. Place bok choy, cut side down on grill and cook until nice grill marks appear
  6. Turn and grill on reverse to desired doneness
