Lemon Caper Vinaigrette
This can be served on salad, vegetables, fish and even chicken
What you need
- Juice of one home grown lemon
- 1 tbl capers, chopped
- 1 large garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbl honey (or to taste)
- 2 tbl parsley, minced
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
How to make it
- In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice, capers, garlic, salt, honey and parsley
- Slowly whisk in Olive Oil
- Taste to adjust seasonings
- Add pepper
