Peach Citrus Fizz

What you need
- 1 package frozen peach slices (4 cups), thawed
- Juice from two lemons
- Juice from one orange
- Additional citrus juice if desired (grapefruit is a nice option)
- Sparkling mineral water
How to make it
- Place peaches with their juice and citrus juices in a pitcher, stir and chill well
- Pour a glass 2/3 with peach mixture and top off with sparkling water - serve with a spoon
