Plum Clafouti
What you need
- Butter
- 8 - 10 italian prune plums, cut in half and pitted
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tbl Besan
- 1/3 cup agave syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
How to make it
- preheat oven to 375º
- Butter a 9 inch pie pan
- Place plum halves, cut side up in a single layer in the pie pan
- Whisk together eggs, milk, besan, agave, vanilla, cinnamon and salt
- Pour over all the plums
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until lightly set but still a bit jiggly in the center
- Cool slightly, but serve warm
