Plum Clafouti

What you need

  1. Butter
  2. 8 - 10 italian prune plums, cut in half and pitted
  3. 3 large eggs
  4. 3/4 cup milk
  5. 2 tbl Besan
  6. 1/3 cup agave syrup
  7. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  8. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  9. 1/4 tsp salt

How to make it

  1. preheat oven to 375º
  2. Butter a 9 inch pie pan
  3. Place plum halves, cut side up in a single layer in the pie pan
  4. Whisk together eggs, milk, besan, agave, vanilla, cinnamon and salt
  5. Pour over all the plums
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until lightly set but still a bit jiggly in the center
  7. Cool slightly, but serve warm
