Glazed Pork Sirloin

This works with any pork loin or sirloin tri-tip pork roast.

What you need

  1. One 2-3 lb pork sirloin roast
  2. 2 Tbl Olive oil
  3. 2 Tbl honey
  4. Juice from 1/2 lemon
  5. Crushed garlic to taste
  6. 1/4 cup fresh woody herb; rosemary, thyme, sage
  7. Salt & Pepper

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 400º
  2. Combine oil, honey, lemon, garlic & herb
  3. Taste and adjust adding salt & pepper
  4. Dry pork and place in the bottom of a small roasting pan
  5. Brush about 1/2 the lemon/honey mixture over the pork and back for 40 minutes
  6. Brush remaining lemon/honey mixture over pork and return to oven for another 20-30 minutes or until meat thermometer reads about 155º
  7. Remove from oven, cover with foil and let stand about 15 minutes
  8. Serve with pan juices on the side
