Rhubarb Cobbler

What you need

  1. 6 cups sliced rhubarb
  2. 1 - 1 1/4 cups sugar
  3. 4 tsp cornstarch
  4. 2 cups bisquick
  5. 4 tbl sugar
  6. 6 tbl butter
  7. 6 tbl water

How to make it

  1. Cook rhubarb, 1 - 1 1/4 cups sugar and cornstarch on top of stove until thickened and bubbly. Keep hot.
  2. Combine bisquick and 4 tbl sugar in a bowl
  3. Heat butter and water on low heat until butter melts
  4. Add butter mixture to bisquick and mix well
  5. Place rhubarb in a baking dish and top with bisquick mixture
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes. Topping will become golden brown and will no longer be sticky.
